We would like to hear from you about your experience of the NHS, whether as a patient or as someone who works in the NHS.   Due to Parliamentary rules, we cannot take up individual cases.  If you have a specific personal case that needs pursuing, you need to contact your own constituency MP, and ask him or her to raise it with the Government.   But if your experiences highlight a wider problem, we want to hear from you.

We will not always be able to respond individually to each submission, but we do guarantee to read each one carefully and to take up key issues with the Government and through the national media. 

We will hold the Government to account and challenge it where necessary on the effects of its policies.
